As a factory producing wire shelf,we are always been asked what kind of product tests we do for wire shelf,this time I would like to share with you
1.Salty Spray testing, our wire shelf can reach degree 8 within 24 hours,this test result is given by SGS lab after testing our sample and each half year, we would send sample there to do test
2.Loading test:we do have two category wire shelf,the first one is home storage wire shelf, and loading test we do for them usually are 40KGS/50KGS/80KGS/120KGS with different spec.Another is commercial wire shelf, the loading test we do usually are 250KGS/300KGS/350KGS based on different spec.
3.Drop testing:For online sales customers, they usually require us to do drop testing for the wire shelf they purchase.And all the requirement they asked about drop test we do can pass
4.Other testing like coating thickness test/wire thickness test//size test and so on
Our wire shelf are made from Carbon steel,it does not like appliance, so there is no necessary to do test like CE or RoHS
