Daily Cleaning: For daily cleaning, wipe with a damp towel. If stains occur, wipe with a towel dipped in a neutral detergent, but avoid using strong acidic or alkaline solutions.

Special Cleaning: For oily stains, use plastic wrap and a damp cloth sprayed with detergent. Spray the entire shelf with detergent and apply plastic wrap to soften any set oil stains. After ten minutes, remove the plastic wrap and wipe with a damp cloth. Paint on the shelves can be removed with cotton wool dipped in alcohol.

Environmental Control: Adjust the environment based on the shelf's intended use. For example, chrome-plated shelves are suitable for use in dry environments. Ensure the shelf's location is dry, free of moisture, and avoid water stains on the floor.

Fixed Location: Shelves should be placed in a relatively fixed location and should not be moved around frequently. This is not a concern if the shelves have wheels.
